Throughout the removal process, we will treat your personal belongings with the utmost of care. In spite of our most diligent efforts, experience has taught us that sometimes the unexpected can happen and accidental loss andor damage to our goods may occur.

Having insurance coverage in place will allow you to focus on the actual removal, rather than worrying about unforeseen complications.

With our insurance protection, your belongings will be insured against „All Risk“ of physical loss or damage from any external causes. Your property will be covered from the time we start packing until the delivery of the goods to you or another person appointed by you. Any damages within this time frame are covered.

Our insurance policy include period of due transit as well an additional period of up to 30 days of warehouse storage at origin and an additional period of up to 30 days of warehouse storage at place of destination residence.

If for any reason your property will be subject to any additional period of storage, storage cover can be extended upon your instruction and in consideration of an additional premium. Please note there is no free storage coverage period for storage shipment and local moves.
